| Abstract |
Comments that in P. Grossman's response to the E. J. Weber et al article on a nonstationarity test for the spectral analysis of physiological time series, the simulations and reasonings appear to be invalid and ill founded. Weber et al suggest 2 alternatives for dealing with the nonstationarity of the signal for spectral analysis and applications of the theory of chaotic dynamics.
