| Abstract | LinkedIn verplicht om gebruikersprofiel te heractiveren. Indirecte werking van art. 10 EVRM behelst zorgvuldigheidsverplichting. Verwijdering van gebruikersprofiel op grond van Covid-19-desinformatie is in beginsel toelaatbaar, maar dient zorgvuldig gecommuniceerd en gemotiveerd te worden. Strengere maatstaf voor verwijdering op instigatie van overheidsinstanties. |
