Description
This repository contains data of experiments described in Feng et al. 2025 (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.watres.2025.124259). The figure and table numbers listed below refer to figure and table numbers in this source. The experiments concern cultures of the cyanobacterium Microcystis PCC7806 conducted in duplicate at temperatures of 17.5, 20, 25 and 30 degrees Celsius.Data in the file Chemostats.csv are data from steady state chemostats and are the source of Table S5 and Fig. 2b.Data in the file Incubations.csv are from incubation experiments at a range of light intensities and are the source of Fig. 1 and Fig. 2aData in the file CarbonContent-GrowthRate.csv contain cellular carbon content versus growth rate data and are the source of Fig. 3Data in the file CarbonContent-Density contain cellular carbon content versus cell density and are the source of Fig. S2
