Abstract De rijksoverheid wil twee miljard aan belastinggeld besteden aan de verduurzaming van Tata Steel Nederland (TSN). Om te bepalen of dat verstandig beleid is, is er een inschatting nodig van de alternatieve scenario’s waarin de benodigde productiemiddelen anders ingezet zouden worden.
