| Abstract |
Met de ontdekking van het deeltje dat waarschijnlijk het higgsdeeltje is, lijkt het Standaardmodel compleet. Maar is het Standaardmodel ook de ultieme theorie van de subatomaire wereld? Waarschijnlijk niet. Het Standaardmodel is heel goed in de beschrijving van hoe elementaire deeltjes zich gedragen, maar niet zo goed in het waarom ervan.
