| Abstract |
This report is a follow-up study to our reports on “Headquarters Landscape in Austria: Vienna HQs” (2022 & 2023). We present an updated view on Vienna as the most important headquarters (HQ) hub in Austria. Overall, Vienna hosts 576 HQs in 2024 which presents an increase of 5.3% compared to 2023. In the report, we describe the main characteristics of the Viennese HQ landscape. In this way, we provide important insights for both firm managers who are considering Vienna as a potential HQ location and for policy-makers who work to strengthen the position of Vienna as an HQ location.
