The content contains six zip files:
1. Excel Data.zip: The excel files for reproducing all the figures in the article/supporting information
2. Figures.zip: The original figure files in the article.
3. Figures named with "images" contain the raw information which can be open and analyzed by ImageJ or other analysis software
3. Matlab_file.zip: to reproduce the figures in the article one can run the "plot_all_data.m" in the folder. (Matlab 2023a)
4. SMLM and AFM data. There are two localization files in each SMLM folder: one is after redundant cross-correlation(RCC), one is after applying density filter
5. Raw NMR and Chemdraw files
RCC algorithm can be found at: https://github.com/yinawang28/RCC which was implemented by Huang et al.
