Abstract Whether there were respective responsibilities of the prosecution and the Victims and Witnesses Unit, with regard to protective measures for witnesses.

Whether there were disclosure obligations of the prosecution, in the light of proposed redactions of statements, potentially exculpatory material, interlocutory appeals with regard to victims, and their impact on the date of trial.
