| Abstract |
This CPB Policy Brief develops a simple dynamic framework for assessing the sustainability of public finances over a medium-term horizon. This framework takes account of economic uncertainty underlying the evolution of public debt, and incorporates a comprehensive measure of the responsiveness of fiscal policies to economic setbacks.
