Abstract The interpretation of ma-ka, o-po-re-i, and ko-wa in the Linear B tablets of the Odos Pelopidou as a Theban divine triad (dat.sg.) Μα Γα, Όπωρεhι, ΚορFα by Godart and Sacconi was attacked by a number of Mycenologists, defended by others. The objections against this interpretation appear to be invalid.
