Het is onzinnig het aantal geboortes te willen bevorderen. We kunnen de overgang naar een krimpende en vergrijzende bevolking gemakkelijk betalen. De veranderende bevolkingssamenstelling is geen probleem. Politieke besluiteloosheid is dat wel.
