| Abstract |
The subject of this thesis is an initiative for improving the education of residents in surgical skills and knowledge by using the current technical possibilities. The choice of wrist arthroscopy was driven by the fact that novel techniques have recently been developed within hand and wrist surgery for which specific skills are necessary, and there is little educational material available to teach these skills compared with other specialties. |
