Materials and datasets for "A PDMS-based skull replacement suitable for optical and mechanical access in long-term neuronal imaging, electrophysiology, and optogenetics"
We supply material files and datasets for widefield and two-photon calcium imaging as well as electrophysiology.
The repository contains three main folders:
- The Material_3Dprint.zip folder contains design files for the head bar, head bar holder, metal ring for the head bar, and plastic cover.
- The Electrophysiology.zip folder holds the raw electrophysiology recordings acquired with Neuropixels and OpenEphys systems.
- The CalciumImaging.zip folder comprises the raw data for widefield and two-photon calcium imaging.
