Op 24 februari 2017 verscheen een arrest van de Hoge Raad over een verwijderverzoek aan Google. In zijn arrest laat de Hoge Raad zich uit over hoe de rechten op privacy en gegevensbescherming zich verhouden tot het recht op vrijheid van meningsuiting. In deze blogpost geven we kort commentaar op het arrest van de Hoge Raad.
