| Abstract |
De huidige financiële crisis heeft zich in snel tempo over de wereld verspreid, maar heeft helaas niet geleid tot een debat over de vormgeving van het financiële toezicht op Europees niveau. Dit artikel pleit voor een onafhankelijke Europese Autoriteit Financiële Dienstverlening die verantwoordelijk moet worden voor het toezicht op de gehele financiële sector in de EU.
