Abstract The concluding essay of this series provides an in-depth analysis of Crowley’s recently rediscovered Palermo Collection. Marco Pasi divides these works into useful categories and explains Crowley’s main artistic influences, stressing the importance of masters such as Gauguin. Particular attention is paid to the three tarot paintings in the collection and a comparison is made with the later deck painted by Frieda Harris under Crowley’s guidance.
