| Abstract |
Het beroep op sociale zekerheid over de gehele levensloop is sterk geconcentreerd bij een relatief kleine bevolkingsgroep. Dit betekent dat het socialezekerheidsstelsel in hoge mate berust op interpersonele solidariteit en dat de overgang naar een stelsel op basis van sparen grote herverdelingseffecten zou hebben.
